Ohhh Inc. (“Ohhh,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Ohhh Inc. collects, processes, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with Camille World, including Camille World Lite, Camille World XR, our websites, applications, games, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. About Ohhh Inc.

Ohhh Inc. is a California corporation based in Los Angeles, California, USA.

Camille World is an immersive 3D platform that allows users to explore interactive virtual worlds and, in applicable versions of the Services, create and share user-generated content.

Camille World XR is a WebXR experience that allows users to explore and interact with 3D worlds, games, puzzles, adventures, and other interactive content on supported devices and platforms, including Meta Horizon devices.

2. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use the Services.

Information You Provide

For the current Camille World Lite experience, no account or login is required to play.

If you voluntarily contact us, we may collect information you provide in your communication, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message.

If you use future Camille World features that require an account, we may collect information necessary to create and manage that account, such as your name, email address, account credentials, and other information you choose to provide.

Information Collected Automatically

When you access or use our Services, we may automatically process certain technical and usage information, such as:

  • IP address;

  • browser type and version;

  • device type and operating system;

  • information about the device used to access the Services;

  • pages, worlds, or features accessed;

  • approximate usage and interaction information;

  • date and time of access; and

  • technical information necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services.

Some of this information may be collected through cookies, local storage, or similar technologies.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • operate and maintain the Services;

  • remember preferences;

  • understand how users interact with the Services;

  • improve performance and functionality; and

  • help protect the Services against fraud, abuse, and security threats.

You may be able to control or disable cookies through your browser or device settings. Some features of the Services may not function properly if certain technologies are disabled.

Virtual Reality and Device Information

Camille World may operate as an immersive WebXR experience on supported virtual reality devices.

The Services may process technical information made available by the browser, operating system, or device as necessary to provide the immersive experience. Camille World does not require access to a camera, microphone, or other device sensor unless a particular feature specifically requires such access and the applicable permission is requested.

Meta Horizon and Camille World XR

When you access Camille World XR through the Meta Horizon platform, we may receive a unique user identifier provided by Meta (“Meta Horizon User ID”). We use this identifier to recognize the user within Camille World XR and to associate the user's Meta Horizon account with applicable Camille World XR in-app purchase entitlements.

Camille World XR may offer optional digital content through Meta Horizon's in-app purchase system. We use applicable purchase and entitlement information to determine whether purchased digital content or functionality should be made available to the user. Payment processing is handled by Meta through its platform payment system, and Ohhh Inc. does not receive or store users' payment card information through these transactions.

Meta Horizon User Data is used only to provide, maintain, secure, and support Camille World XR functionality, including user recognition and purchase entitlement management. We do not sell Meta Horizon User Data.

Users may request deletion of personal information collected or stored by Ohhh Inc., including applicable Meta Horizon User Data, by contacting contact@ohhh-inc.com.

3. User-Generated Content

Certain versions of Camille World may allow users to create, publish, or share user-generated worlds, artwork, objects, or other content (“User Content”).

If you use features that allow you to create or publish User Content, information associated with that content may be stored or processed in order to provide the applicable Services.

User Content may be publicly visible to other users when you choose to publish or share it.

Please do not include personal information in User Content that you do not want to make publicly available.

4. How We Use Information

We may use information we collect or receive to:

  • provide, operate, and maintain the Services;

  • allow users to access and interact with virtual worlds and other content;

  • provide immersive WebXR functionality;

  • provide Camille World XR functionality on supported Meta Horizon devices;

  • recognize users and manage applicable in-app purchase entitlements;

  • provide user-generated content and world-sharing features where available;

  • respond to questions, requests, and support inquiries;

  • understand how the Services are used;

  • improve the performance, functionality, design, and user experience of the Services;

  • diagnose and resolve technical problems;

  • detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms;

  • protect the rights, property, safety, and security of Ohhh, our users, and others;

  • comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes; and

  • carry out other purposes described to you at the time information is collected or with your consent where required.

We do not use information collected through the Services for purposes incompatible with this Privacy Policy.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We may share information with service providers and other third parties when reasonably necessary to operate and provide the Services. These parties may provide services such as hosting, cloud infrastructure, content delivery, analytics, security, payment processing, customer support, or other technical services.

Meta Horizon User Data is not shared with service providers or other third parties except as permitted by applicable Meta policies and as necessary to provide the applicable Camille World XR functionality.

We may also disclose information:

  • with your consent;

  • when necessary to provide a service you request;

  • when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental authority;

  • when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of Ohhh, our users, or others;

  • to investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues; or

  • in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction.

Service providers that process information on our behalf are expected to use that information only as necessary to provide their services and in accordance with applicable requirements.

6. Cloud Hosting and Service Providers

Camille World uses cloud-based infrastructure and third-party service providers to operate and deliver the Services.

Depending on the feature being used, information and content may be processed or stored using infrastructure located in the United States or other countries.

We take reasonable steps to require service providers to protect information entrusted to them and to process it only for appropriate purposes.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, maintain business and technical records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and enforce our agreements.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary for these purposes, we may delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with applicable law.

This includes applicable Meta Horizon User Data collected or stored by Ohhh Inc.

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction.

However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or stored by the Services.

9. Children's Privacy

Camille World Lite is intended for users who meet the applicable minimum age requirements for the Services and the platform on which the Services are distributed.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children in violation of applicable law.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

  • request access to personal information we hold about you;

  • request correction of inaccurate information;

  • request deletion of personal information;

  • request information about how your personal information is processed;

  • object to or restrict certain processing; and

  • exercise other rights provided by applicable law.

These rights may include information processed in connection with Camille World XR and, where applicable, Meta Horizon User Data that Ohhh Inc. has collected or stored.

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

You may request deletion of personal information that Ohhh has collected or stored about you by contacting:

This includes applicable Meta Horizon User Data collected or stored by Ohhh Inc.

Please include enough information for us to understand and process your request.

We will review and process valid deletion requests in accordance with applicable law.

Some information may need to be retained where required or permitted by law, including information necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, or enforce our agreements.

If you use a version of Camille World that supports an account, deleting your account may also affect associated User Content or other information associated with that account.

12. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Services may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.

If you follow a third-party link or use a third-party service, that third party's privacy policy will apply to information collected by that third party.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services.

We may use service providers to operate and support the Services, including cloud hosting and technical infrastructure providers, where applicable.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, technology, business practices, legal requirements, or other circumstances.

When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Services or by other appropriate means.

The updated Privacy Policy will be posted at the same location with a revised Effective Date.
